Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

"This 1 bed cottage is situated in the heart of the beautiful Ballater, Royal Deeside. It has just been newly renovated making it a bit of luxury for you to relax and enjoy your stay. The bedroom has a king size bed, dressing table, wardrobe and place to hide the suitcases, drawers and a T. V. A Z bed and a travel cot are available on request when booking. It has a wood burner and a Scottish theme throughout. We have aimed to make this a cosy and comfortable getaway for you to enjoy.

Whether hill walking, skiing or simply enjoying coffee and cake by the river, there is something for everyone. Thornbank is a snug and simple timber built holiday cottage in the heart of the village of Braemar.  Paragliding, mountain biking, skiing, walking or perhaps a relaxing holiday at one with nature?  Here you can indulge in all the activities that the Upper Dee Valley and Cairngorms National Park have to offer, then return to a cosy hearth and home. We are located in the centre of the village, but set back behind the road in a quiet spot with woods to the rear.

Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.

Antlers Cottage, Glenmuick Estate

Antlers Cottage is a cosy cottage in the heart of the Glenmuick estate. It provides a convenient and homely base from which to explore Royal Deeside. The cottage has two double/twin bedrooms with a Bathroom, Kitchen, Sitting Room and Dining Room. The Sitting Room has a welcoming open fire, WiFi and a Digital TV with DVD player. The property is heated throughout and all linen, towels and logs are provided.

Tomidhu Steading - Lochnagar

Tomidhu Steading in Crathie is a converted farm building situated in the Cairngorm National Park between Braemar and Ballater. Lochnagar is a self contained unit offering spacious self-catering accommodation all on one level. Many of the buildings original features have been retained and the rooms have a modern finish. Behind Tomidhu is a beautiful birch forest which leads to Crathie Kirk.
