Private room. Private Bath. Separate entrance. Enjoy your own space, extremely quiet and private. If you smoke, please do not stay here. Check in is 3pm, check out is noon. Modifications may be possible. You will have your own separate entrance with a smart lock. A two minute video describes the place and how to enter. Only 1/2 block from Precita park & the Precita Park Cafe and other eateries and markets in the neighborhood. Walking a few blocks you will find other interesting neighborhoods.

SO CLOSE to SO MUCH...ice cream, coffee, food, cocktails, murals, markets, music, etc. You’ll love my place because its location is in heart of the Mission. The in-law unit is cozy, comfortable, and stylish. The garden is lovely! It's great for couples, mini-sized families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is a very walkable neighborhood. Street parking is generally available in front or in close proximity to the house. Easy access to US 101 and 280 entrance.
