Cosy Coastal Cottage This cosy cottage is part of Blue Moon Cottages, three beautifully decorated cottages just 250 metres from the bayside beach at Rye on the Southern tip of the Mornington Peninsula. This character filled cottage is decorated with a subtle classic neutral theme. It is large enough to accommodate a couple or a family with an infant.The cottage is also pet friendly with an outdoor courtyard which is fully fenced and pets are welcome inside. Living: Walking into the cottage the wooden clad interior has a cosy lounge with log fire for winter stays and French doors to open up to the courtyard in summer. A leather chair and comfy sofa give the feeling of a log cabin hideaway to the room.The lounge opens further to a dining area with four chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. Sleeping: There is a large carpeted bedroom at the gable end of the cottage, beautifully decorated with hanging bedside lamps, a wrought iron Qeen bed and wall mounted TV. Bathrooms: Modern recently renovated bathroom with shower. There is a shared laundry on the Blue Moon Cottages site with washer and dryer. Heating and Cooling: Reverse Cycle Heater and Air Conditioner and additional wall heaters are in the dining and bedroom Parking: There is off street parking for one car Pet Friendly: Pets are welcome inside however as the cottage and courtyard is small we would recommend small dogs only. The fully enclosed courtyard garden has an outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ. The Sandpiper is a perfect beach retreat in both summer and winter. Your home away from home has everything you need for a relaxing holiday: Air conditioning, Flat screen TV, DVD, Wifi, Log fire, BBQ, Private courtyard garden,outdoor dining area andc car parking This is self catering accommodation and the room is not serviced on a daily basis. However, all linen, towels, basic kitchen provisions and toiletries are supplied for your arrival. The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Casa Frida Studio Moonlight cinema & pool

As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. Warneet Retreat

Warneet retreat is a cosy little home away from home. It's ideal for couples or singles. It has a queen size bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome! It's separate from the main house and has front and back doors, a fenced deck and barbecue area. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron supplied. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 50 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game.The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system.
