Ideal rural retreat for anyone and everyone! This cosy wooden cabin is a simply lovely place to stop and unwind. Set near to a small Sussex village with direct access onto the South Downs, Iford is on the wild fringes of historic Lewes (2 miles), vibrant Brighton (7 miles) and Newhaven ferry and beach (6 miles). The annex comprises fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining / lounge area with a smart tv. There is fast wifi and the space acts as a very comfortable workspace. Double bed on mezzanine (accessed via ladder) and sofa bed in lounge. Welcome breakfast, coffee, tea provided. Pets welcome and parking available.

Self contained 3 bedroom house with beautiful views, free parking, perfect base for exploring Brighton and the South Downs. By staying just outside of Brighton you get free parking (1 vehicle on private drive, 1 on road immediately outside). The house has lovely views and is all recently decorated. Kitchen with new induction hob, oven, microwave, newly added washing machine, new American fridge freezer, recently added dishwasher. Two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a disco shower :)

Our Seaside Retreat is a chic private 2-bed single-floor annexe located on the South coast of East Sussex. It has its own private entrance, lounge/dining space, kitchen with full-size oven and hob, a shower bathroom and a south-facing bedroom overlooking a leafy garden. Set in the quiet coastal village of Saltdean, just a few miles East of Brighton, you have an easy coastal drive into Brighton's town centre, or you can fetch a local bus into town that stops only a minute's walk away.

With free on street parking straight out front and private access it is only 15 minutes on the bus to Brighton Pier or 1hour on the bus to Eastbourne Pier. As experienced hosts we will always offer a warm welcome and assistance as required. In a quiet neighbourhood we are only a short walk to buses and shops and the beach or Lido are only a 5minute walk away.

Enjoy the city of Brighton whilst staying in peace and tranquillity near the countryside and a nature reserve. Self catering with free street parking, outside seating in secluded part of main garden, wifi and TV. Close to bus stops to the centre of Brighton. 10 mins drive to Brighton, 20 mins to the ferry port of Newhaven and 35 mins to Gatwick.

Semi-detached 2bed, KingstonRidge, Kingston, Lewes

A self-contained 2-bedroom flat , semi-detached to our home with separate access on the idyllic Kingston Ridge . Ideal for walkers, the South Downs way is at the end of the private no-through road, or the County Town of Lewes is a 2 mile walk away (or a ten minute drive). Brighton is 8 miles down the road, with a regular bus service. The apartment is ideal for 4-6 people but has a maximum capacity of 8 (sofa bed). N.B. We have a very friendly dog.

The Haven

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.
