Casa Giardino is a stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of the small island town of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Just few steps from the sea and beach, but hidden in the garden for full privacy. Park your car in the driveway and walk to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beautiful beaches or just relax here. 60m2 house had been built in a traditional manner but completely refurbished in 2019 for a modern and comfortable stay. The perfect holiday place!

Guests have access to a wonderful private garden, situated just 40 m from the house (accessible by stairs). Local beach is accessible just a few steps from the garden. The apartment has a spacious terrace with beautiful view, one bedroom with double bed and one single bed if needed for a third person, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, television, shower and toilet, internet and free parking in the yard. Several spacious sandy beaches are located 100 m down the house as well as other varied beaches such as smaller, rocky, intimate ones. Right next to the nearest beach is a promenade just by the sea which leads to the center of the old town of Rab.

It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

Le logement est à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville et à proximité (juste à côté) d'un petit supermarché. Le studio peut accueillir 2 voyageurs adultes. Un clic clac est également disponible pour accueillir un enfant.
