Listen to the waves in this renovated beach shack, just up the road from the Surf Club and patrolled beach. Fully air-conditioned with expansive rear deck and fenced back yard. House has polished concrete floors, 2 living areas and an outdoor hot shower to wash off the saltwater. Visit the Friday night food trucks, Saturday morning farmer's markets, coffee shops and enjoy the free WIFI and NBN streaming of your favourite programs. Linen supplied. Pet friendly on request.

Situated on 1.5 acres and surrounded by a large array of trees, you will find everything you need for a relaxing getaway with your loved ones. Enjoy the outdoors by our large fireplace, a meal on the deck, or choose to enjoy the cozy feel with all the neccesities inside.

Spacious home close to bush, beach and golf

Spacious open plan home with room for two couples or families. Our house overlooks the beautiful Mount Coolum as well as the 10th tee of the Golf Course where you can watch golfers, or spot kangaroos from the deck. You can climb Mount Coolum, play a round of Golf, cycle to the patrolled beach and excellent surf beaches or take a short stroll to local cafes and shops. It's a peacful area with fun and or relaxation.
