Enjoy your stay in the Spring Green Area! This private apartment in the lower level of our home is located on the edge of town - close to everything you're here to see! This space provides a home-like feel while you tour the area. Offering a one bedroom (queen bed) with the ability to sleep up to 4 more people (2 on sectional sofa and 2 on air mattress), plus a loaded kitchenette (no stove), dining area, bathroom, extra space for gaming (includes a free arcade and foosball) and private patio.

This is a simple, clean, and affordable space for those who are looking to get closer to nature. Conveniently located nearly equidistant to Madison, Wisconsin Dells, and Devil's Lake State Park. A wonderful HQ for exploring the natural beauty of Driftless Wisconsin. Plenty of hiking, skiing, breweries, wineries, and agri-tourism.

We designed this space for a warm, cozy getaway. The overall goal of the design was a connection with nature and with the one you love, highlighting the beauty of the Driftless region. Use the onsite sauna or outdoor tub for a unique experience. Connect with nature in the Driftless Area of SW Wisconsin, drive to one of the attractions from this central location including the House on the Rock, Taliesin, Devil’s Lake Park, and more. Bring your canine companion as well, there is acreage to roam.

Cabin on the Trail

Kick back and relax in this cozy space with up north, cabin vibes. In the summer months enjoy the excellent fishing and boating and in the winter have fun ice fishing on beautiful Fox Lake! *Please read the full description and look at all of the pictures of the property *Not suitable for parties or loud gatherings. Please note, there is a 4 person maximum *All dogs/pets must be pre-approved by the host. There is a $50 pet fee/stay. *Check out our “cottage on the trail”, closer to the lake.

Cool quiet country cabin on boulders and 120 acres

Funky, tidy 23 year old country cabin on 120 acres of farmland & woods in a private, quiet rural setting. It's cozy, 950 sq ft, built with stone and wood. Open concept with a two story fireplace, porch fireplace, firepit, and open loft for sleeping (1 bed), with spiral stairs, lots of windows, walnut floors and trim, oak beams and pine kitchen tops. Shower is big and open, with doors opening to a back deck for outdoor showering. Beautiful covered porch overlooking rolling meadows and woods.

The Shopkeeper's Apartment in Yuba

The Shopkeeper’s Apartment in Yuba is the lower rear apartment in a 4-unit commercial brick building. The historically renovated space has a mix of old and new, with hardwood floors, a few restored wooden windows, and a full kitchen and bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment is located in the quaint village of Yuba (pop. 53), which is the smallest incorporated village in Wisconsin, 15 minutes (11 miles) from Hillsboro. Most days, you can grab a drink and meal next door at Louie's Bar.

Less than 20 minutes to all the action of The Wisconsin Dells.

Great place to come back to after a day of skiing for a soak with a GREAT view of nature! Conveniently located on the Lake Wisconsin waterfront between Madison and the Wisconsin Dells, just 1.5 hours from Milw and 3 hours from Chicago. We are pet friendly for well behaved dogs with a $25/night pet fee per dog.
