Chez Lussaud is a beautiful 300 year old private hamlet located in the southern tip of the Charente. Set in 8 acres of gardens, woods & open spaces, it is the perfect place to kick off your shoes, relax & take in the views. Le Four a Pain is one of two boutique gites with private garden, your own wood-fired hot tub & shared pool. Holidays are very precious, our aim is for you to go home completely relaxed & rested, having enjoyed the peace, tranquility & hospitality Chez Lussaud has to offer.

Gîte 3 épis, 2 chambres, piscine, étang sur 7ha

Beau gîte familial indépendant et totalement équipé dans une charentaise rénovée du 18e siècle au cœur d'un parc arboré de 7 ha, à 5 minutes de toutes commodités (resto, ciné, théâtre, ...) Le gîte de 70 m2 est composé de 2 chambres doubles, d'une salle de bain et d'une cuisine ouverte sur une grande pièce de vie. Vous pourrez flâner/pécher au bord de l'étang, se prélasser dans une piscine de 8x10m à l'orée du bois. Des activités (pétanque, badminton, tir à l'arc, ...) sont à votre disposition.

If the skies are clear, enjoying stargazing, either outside or though our unique dome ceiling window.

Les Frênes - Ile de Malvy

Petite île privée située entre Angoulême et Cognac, sur le tracé de la piste cyclable "La Flow vélo", à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage du Bain des Dames. Maison avec jardin attenant surplombant le fleuve. Nombreuses activités sur place : piscine, kayaks et vélos, grande salle de jeux : billard, tennis de table, baby foot, jeu de fléchettes, jeux de société, jouets pour les enfants, livres, BD… L’île abrite en outre un jardin-forêt ce qui en fait un véritable oasis pour la biodiversité !

Cabane bâtie essentiellement avec des matériaux de récupération sur le petit îlot de notre étang. Aménagement intérieur confortable, adapté aussi bien pour des séjours courts que pour des séjours longs. Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, travailler sur un projet, jouer à des jeux de société (2 sur place), profiter d’une personne que l’on aime ou se balader dans la nature (parc, forêt, vignoble)… Pour petit déjeuner, prestations massages et accès piscine chauffée voir ci dessous. 👇🏻

Gîte La Marguerite

Ancienne maison charentaise de 18ème siècle, le charme de la pierre allié au confort moderne avec une terrasse privée donnant sur les coteaux environnant. Le centre village est accessible à pied, il y a une boucherie de qualité, une boulangerie, un point poste avec accès aux infos touristiques du coin, la mairie, une laverie et une supérette "SPAR". Nombreuses activités possibles dans le secteur. Au carrefour de la Gironde, de la Charente-Maritime et de la Dordogne.

Venez découvrir la campagne Charentaise, au coeur du Vignoble Cognaçais, en Grande Champagne, au sein d'une exploitation viticole. Je mets à votre disposition un logement neuf de 50m² attenant à ma maison, mais totalement indépendant. Vous pourrez profiter de la piscine familiale chauffée de mai à octobre. Suivant ma disponibilité, je me ferais un plaisir de vous faire visiter notre distillerie.
