One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Unser Haus befindet sich in Lajen-Ried, auf 780 Höhenmetern, am sonnigen Südhang am Eingang ins Grödnertal - der idaele Ausgangspunkt für Ihren Schi- und Wanderurlaub. Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in der Natur, beim Spazierengehen,beim Pilzesammeln oder beim Radfahren im Wald. Wir befinden uns im Herzen von Südtirol und sind sehr zentral gelegen.

In einer ruhigen Lage in der Natur liegt der Rautnerhof. Der Hof wird mit Passion gepflegt, Tiere und Natur stehen im Mittelpunkt. Unser Bauernhof liegt auf 1175 m Meereshöhe, 15 Gehminuten oberhalb des Südtiroler Sonnendorfes Lajen. Wiesen und Wald umgeben unser Haus. Sie können wieder bewusst die Natur erleben, den Vogelstimmen lauschen und die saubere Luft atmen. Die artgerechte Tierhaltung zeichnet unseren Biohof aus. Im sonnenverwöhnten Dorf Lajen nur 500m von unserem Hof entfernt finden sie 2 Kirchen, 3 Gasthöfe, 1 Pizzeria, 2Geschäfte, 1Bäcker, 1Metzger, 1Apotheke, 1Bank.

Our apartment with views of the Odle/Geisler mountains and the Plose offers a kitchen, two bedrooms, terrace with BBQ and table tennis, and a large garden. Ideal for 4 guests, plus 2 more on a sofa bed. Two double beds available. A friendly dog and two cats live on site (dog can be leashed if needed). Quiet location, perfect starting point for hiking, biking and skiing around Brixen.

Meine Unterkunf ist außerhalb des Dorfzentrums inmitten einer begehrlichen Naturlandschaft. Trozdem sehr ideal gelegen, da man schnell zu den gewünschten Zielen gelangt wie z.B. der Villandererer Alm, Saiser Alm, Plose, Grödner-Tal.... Auch die schönen Städte Südtirols, wie Klausen, Brixen, Bozen sind leicht zu erreichen..
