Country setting surrounded by working farms. We offer a two bedroom home with very large screened-in porch. Enjoy morning coffee on the porch as you watch the cows come in. Very peaceful, quiet setting with large yard. Get a retro feel in the pink bathroom. Recently upgraded laminate flooring throughout the house. Eat on China plates in the formal dining room or use paper plates with access to a grill. Less than 15 minutes to the Grove city outlets and 6 miles to the state game lands.

Sweet Solitude

Visit this tiny rural cabin. Now is prime birdwatching season! Bring binoculars. Excellent neighbors, but none in sight. 🙂 Sometimes we just want to be alone. Sweet Solitude is a private place to focus on what's really most important, especially for couples. Our cabin locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.

Perfect for GCC parents to visit your kids and host events. Take it easy at this tranquil getaway on the east side of town. This home is located in a great neighborhood to walk less than a mile from GCC campus. This is a duplex and you will have the entire main floor of the house to yourself! No shared space. There is a back porch, fire pit and room to rest. The tenant upstairs travels for work and is only there occasionally. If you would like to know if she will be home, just ask.
