Next to the Norman Castle, to Basilica of San Nicola and the Cattedrale of San Sabino. Very close to the centre of the movida and shopping, this apartment offers a very relaxing and quite corner to be lived from the small private balcony. The palace is one of the few in Bari Vecchia where is present an elevator.

Casa dei Marmi is a wonderful apartment located in the historical Palazzo Colella, Madonnella district, a stone's throw from the sea and the wonderful old city center of Bari. It is equipped with every comfort, a balcony overlooking the sea and access to the solarium terrace (jun-sept 18+). Living room and bathroom are decorated with arabesque marble from the Apuan Alps, while the bedroom retains the historic floors. The apartment, unique in its kind, also benefits from a natural cooling system.

Dista 350 metri dalla fermata Metro Brigata Bari (6 minuti fino a Bari Centrale e 15 minuti fino all'Aeroporto). È posto al secondo piano di un piccolo edificio, senza ascensore. Posto adatto a chi viaggia per lavoro o studio, a chi è di passaggio e a piccole famiglie, può ospitare al massimo 3 adulti e 2 bambini dispone di tutto il necessario per famiglie.

L appartamento e completamente rifinito con materiale di primissima scelta e inoltre completamente arredato con cucina completa , tv led 32 " full hd , letto matrimomiale , climatizzazione.Presenta punto snack .

Un mix di stile moderno e antico per voi che verrete a trovarmi. Posizione comoda per chi arriva dall’aeroporto basta prendere il treno all’uscita direzione Terlizzi e in poco tempo si arriva in struttura che si trova a due passi dall’uscita della stazione, costo 5 euro. Nel circondario avete l'imbarazzo della scelta castel del monte, Trani, Bari a la magica alberobello la Puglia è stupenda io ne sono innamorato spero di contagiarvi
