Free parking for one car on our drive. An EV charger can be used for overnight charging. Ask about availability/cost.

Wonderfully cosy barn, recently renovated to a genuinely high spec - the Grade II listed 'Dovecote' is located on a working arable farm in a lovely remote setting in the Essex countryside. Situated next to a small duck pond, overlooking the farmyard and the local church, The Dovecote is a two-storey brick and oak framed building finished to a truly high standard. Peaceful and remote with its own courtyard, the Dovecote has an elevated location in the otherwise undeveloped yard.

Situated just a 5 minute walk to the train station with direct links to Cambridge & London Kings Cross, and a mere 10 minute walk to Royston’s historic town centre and supermarkets. A designated parking space is provided directly outside the property. Barn Cottage is within easy reach of the market town of Saffron Walden, the historic Audley End Estate and Cambridge . It is comfortable in all seasons having underfloor heating and electric radiators . You have everything you need for a short or long stay. There are many wonderful country walks starting from the cottage.

Escape the city and relax in this beautiful 15th century countryside house. Pounce Hall is within an hour of London and 20 minutes from Cambridge. The house provides a cosy atmosphere and the perfect place to come and make memories with family or friends. Light up the log burner or the open fireplace in winter. The well equipped kitchen with AGA will make cooking together a treat. In the summer head out and fire up the BBQ and enjoy the beautiful gardens.

We are on the B1039 midway between Royston and Saffron Walden, ideal for Stansted Airport and the Cambridge/Liverpool Street and Cambridge/Kings Cross train lines with Royston and Audley End Stations both being just 5 miles away. Cambridge 'Park & Ride' is a 20 minute drive.

The Hutch is a totally self contained, newly renovated annex attached to the back of our house. We are situated in the heart of the village, a short walk from a shop, cafe and the village pubs. We are only 13 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for anyone visiting or working in Cambridge or the surrounding area.
