Charming 18th Century Georgian Barn Conversion.

Welcome to Manor Cottage Barn. Situated in the quiet village of Averham just outside of Newark Upon Trent in rural Nottinghamshire. The barn itself is an 18th century chapel and barn combined and was fully restored in the 90's. Inside there are two large rooms, one comprising of a lounge area for guests and a private workshop area dedicated to picture framing. The other is a Bedroom, kitchen and dining room with a separate Bathroom. *This is a no smoking anywhere including outside home.

Cherry Oak Barn - A peaceful countryside retreat

Welcome to Cherry Oak, a lovely two bedroom barn conversion, conveniently situated within the Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire countryside. Via a picture window to the rear, you look out onto stunningly picturesque countryside as far as the eye can see, including an impressive view of the 'On Freedom's Wings' sculpture, and towards the front, the outlook is over our cottage-style garden with fruit trees and a generous lawn area. Dog friendly, with lots of local walks available 🐾

The Bramley Nook

Located down a hidden lane in a quiet riverside village with excellent transport links into Newark on Trent, Lincoln and Nottingham. Although peaceful, it is moments off the A1, so great for onward journeys. It is also ideally placed for access to the famous Newark showground. Situated in a rural setting just a short meander to the riverside pub and lovely walks. A completely private cottage with one large double, a twin, lounge area, kitchen, bathroom and private courtyard.

The Barn

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Morrilliams Retreat (Annex, nr Newark Showground)

Rural annex. Great links. Fast WiFi. Run by a farming family, our spacious and peaceful smallholding is a warm, relaxed place to switch off and unwind. Ideally located just off the A17, we’re the closest accommodation to Newark Showground the Air Museum and Stapleford Woods—perfect for fun-filled days out, with a cosy base to come back to and rest. Please note: we are currently renovating, so the exterior is a little rough around the edges, but it won’t affect your stay.
