If you are looking for a small and quiet spot 400 meters from the geographic middle point of Berlin than this one might be your first choice! This one room apartment offers 14 square meters in an industrial loft style. Open stone walls, huge comfortable bed, new bathroom, breakfast kitchen (no stove, coffee machine, fridge, water kettle, microwave) vintage furniture, cozy sofa. The mini flat is situated in a beautiful planted courtyard in the booming part of Kreuzberg. There are two bicycles.

My place is close to Kastanienallee, on the 5th floor without an elevator and a nice view of the TV Tower. You have beautiful views and sunsets over a park and the roof tops through 2 big windows with french balconies. There are lots of south facing windows and a balcony to the backyard (officially a fire rescue balcony. So please be sure not disturb the neighbors!) The Area is full of bars, restaurants and clothing shops, and on weekends there are grocery and fleamarkets close by.

Originally designed and planned as a showroom / meeting room . The idea was to built a place to discuss, meet and represent. Reason for the location which is great to reach anything in this fast growing City of Berlin. The space and atmosphere have a happy synergy and a work / life balance for itself. I love it here - it is usually my office . We have 2 big flat screen TV screens with Amazon Prime, Netflix a sound system with Spotify and an open fire place to calm down.

If possible, I’ll be there to welcome you on the day of your arrival and show you round the studio. There’s a guest book on the table where you’ll find my own favourite spots for eating, drinking, running and shopping... You can message me via Airbnb at any time . I’ll reply as soon as possible and, should any problems arise, I’ll suggest solutions and help out if necessary. The City of Berlin levies a 7.5 per cent bed tax per night; this amount is included in your price.
