It has it's own enclosed garden, parking space, and is situated down a stream-lined lane, (perfect for dog walking!) tucked away and yet a few minutes drive from shops, pubs and beaches. The perfect location for exploring the surrounding area. We include a complimentary parking pass for the stunning Putsborough beach, for your entire stay. (Must be returned)

Welcome to Northam Nook, my beautiful cottage set in the centre of the coastal village of Northam. A mile from Westward Ho! with sandy beach. Close to the quaint fishing village of Appledore, with it’s bustling quayside and ferry across to Instow. A 10 minute walk to the coast path. The cottage is ideal for couples, families and friends any time of the year. Northam with it’s shops, fish & chips, Chinese take away, pub and restaurant, is a great base to explore the wonderful North Devon Coast.

Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! We are less than 5 minutes drive/cycle from Barnstaple town centre and only 2 minutes from the A361 (North Devon Link Road), with easy access from the M5. There are cycle and footpaths at the end of the road giving off road access to the Tarka Trail.

The Aluminium Palace is a 1960 Airstream caravan, lovingly restored & decorated. It is on our farm with a private hot tub, bbq, fire pit, outdoor table & chairs, outdoor sofa in a fenced private garden suitable for kids. Inside is a bathroom, sleeping, cooking and living space. The adjacent shed has a dishwasher, washing machine & storage. Suitable for a couple or a family of 4. Well behaved pets permitted. NOTE: The toilet space is tight.

The Boathouse - Lee Bay, Devon

Located on the beach front, The Boathouse is a charming cottage housing four guests in picturesque Lee Bay, and boasting a magnificent sea view. Being next to the Southwest Coastal Path, and in close proximity to the famous Woolacombe Beach, it's a perfect destination for all. There are up to three private parking spaces on the premises, and one well behaved dog is welcomed.
