Our cosy three bedroom house is right in the heart of the historic town Barnstaple. It is tucked within a small, residential cul-de-sac with free parking outside. A 5 minute stroll away is our high street: there are lots of coffee shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A fifteen minute drive can take you to any one of our famous beaches: Instow, Westward Ho!, Saunton Sands, Croyde and Woolacombe to name a few. This holiday home is in the perfect location to explore the best of North Devon!

The Guest Suite is a small self-contained private space, a bedroom + a bit more, in 200yr old Heather Cottage in the quiet village of Shirwell. Includes a bedroom, bathroom, lobby with breakfast/snack bar & enclosed porch. The nearest shops/pubs are a 10min drive. Off-road parking to the side; space to hang wet suits & store surf boards, and secure storage for bikes. 10 mins from Barnstaple amenities and easy reach of the Tarka Trail; the SW Coast Path; North Devon beaches & beautiful Exmoor.

We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

Joining the air bnb community since sadly losing my dad to a battle with cancer, we have tried to create some positivity by creating something that supports the family finically and mentally. Rural retreat above the river Taw and Tarka Trail

The apartment at Panorama is quiet, spacious and light overlooking the river from the ridge. Only 10 minute's drive from Barnstaple and 20 from Ilfracombe, with beaches at Saunton, Croyde and Putsborough, too. The apartment is a mile from the Tarka Trail (the most popular cycle route in the country). It is set in lovely grounds with a private balcony and a comfortable living area (sofa, armchairs and a large TV). The kitchen and dining area has an oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher.

Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue!
