Mid Apr-Oct we also provide kayaks and paddle board. Enjoy the beach, swim, kayak, bike, fish, hike, or explore quintessential New England towns and food scene. Completely renovated home with private beach and waterfront. The water drops off gently making it great for young children. Variety of rafts, beach toys, kayaks, paddle boards, pedal and row boat available for use. Great fishing in the summer, and ice fishing in the winter. Outdoor deck is wonderful for entertaining. Seasonal game room in garage with shuffleboard and more. Located about 15 mins south of Lake Winnipesaukee and 30 mins from Gunstock Mountain. *Linens and Towels now included!*

In a neighborhood. 2 people-please no other guests. Stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker & grill. Heat/AC. Flushing toilet. We do ask you to limit water use, we provide paper & plastic dinnerware. Many activities nearby! No SHOWER/oven/firepit No animals (Health concern for cleaner) No smoking. Children 7 and older.

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.

Sit and relax , take a walk through the fields or if your feeling a little more adventurous explore the beaver pond or hike out to picnic rock. This is country living in NH. *Please note that we are 8/10ths of a mile out on a dirt road.
