A Beautiful Market Town Home in the Lakes

This home is a newly renovated mid terrace cottage with a warm scandi vibe. The property is in the heart of Ulverston town just a stones throw away from pubs and restaurants but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Enter the house into an open plan dining room and lounge, complimented by a lovely log burner. The kitchen then follows with access to the back of the house, which has a very small yard and cupboard that can be used for safe bike storage. Upstairs you will find two similar sized rooms with a king and double bed in the first and second room. The third room has a single bed and office space but is big enough for an additional cot/travel cot and the spacious bathroom is located at the end of the landing. The house will allow for one lovely four legged friend as long as they’re well behaved. Contact me for further requests. A range of treats for both humans and pooches will be presented to you on arrival at the house to help you enjoy your stay that little bit more. Please note that restaurants and pubs will get booked up quickly, so to avoid disappointed make sure you book in advance. Parking is either on street for 1 hour to unload the car and then there are a number of local secure car parks for as little as £1 for 24 hours (Stockbridge Lane Car Park) which is only a few minutes walk from the house.

Tethera Nook is the South East wing of Hylands with wonderful views. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It is 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

Located on the fringes of the Lake District. (20mins drive to lakes) Tarn Croft is a stunning 3 double bedroom, 3 storey property. With modern and luxurious specification throughout, including a fabulous Basement Family room with a large fully equipped kitchen, (with Private Chef option) leading to a lovely back garden, with Hot Tub, dining, and a seating area. 3 large double bedrooms, (Master with king size bed +En Suite, ) 1 double, and 1 twin room. Stunning bathroom, lounge, and piano room.

Gorgeous home, private parking and stunning views

Bay View Cottage is a fabulous ENTIRE Ulverston home extremely well suited for a romantic escape for two people or for working in the area, or working at home, great WiFi. Very peaceful here no road noise lots of bird song, cosy up and enjoy the panoramic view. Very close to town centre it has own entrance with a key safe, so arrival time can be totally flexible, and there is private parking. We use a Professional cleaning service to ensure the place sparkles. Much better than a hotel room!

Lakenhow - Nr Ulverston - Stunning Views, Sleeps 8

A well appointed holiday home in an elevated position, with fabulous views, exclusively for welcoming families and walking groups, luxuriously appointed with plenty of additional attention to smaller details in order to make guests feel welcome, comfortably catered for, and extra special. A great base to get away from it all, relax completely, and yet in close proximity to Ulverston, western lakes and also central lakes - Windermere is about 45 minutes drive away. Great food locally too.

A Perfect Base to explore the Lake District FREE PARKING in front street (No parking restrictions) The Train Station is only a few minutes drive away Bus stops few minutes walk. Lakes Windermere, Bowness, Coniston are all within 40-55 minutes drive. Barrows Port/Marina, Gas Terminal and Offshore Wind Farms access only a few minutes drive. BAE Systems 10 minute walk or a few minutes by car. Perfect Home from Home.

Servants Wing at Claughton Hall, Sleeps 4

The Servants Wing is situated within the the Stunning and Imposing Claughton Hall. The views from the property over the Lune Valley from an elevated hilltop position are spectacular. The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the private driveway. Whilst adjoining the main house the accommodation offers a great deal of privacy and includes a separate entrance & private outdoor area.
