Beech Hut. Warm, cosy cabin near to the sea.

Cosy studio in garden with private entrance for 2 guests. We provide a king-size bed & separate shower-room. Outside is a private patio area. We are a few minutes walk from the village which has a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs in its high street and is situated near to the New Forest National Park. We are a short walk (10 to 15 mins) from the beach and walks in the surrounding countryside. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and marine activities. We can accept one small, well behaved dog by arrangement (please text me to discuss).

Refurbished home, 5 min walk to Highcliffe beach

A short walk through the bunny reserve and you are at the beautiful coast with a choice of sandy or pebble beach. The house is nicely decorated and well equipped inc lovely outside space. Local amenities only a 5 min walk offering shops, bakery, fishmongers, and a range of fantastic eateries. The house is well positioned for walks or cycling in the New Forest. Mudeford Quay, Hengistbury Head, Christchurch and the Isle of Wight are all within easy reach. A light, airy home in a beautiful setting.

Local beaches & mainline railway connections within 10 min drive. Market towns of Lymington, Christchurch & New Milton nearby. 25 min drive of Bournemouth.

‘Enchanted’ - secluded chalet with hot tub

'Enchanted' is a beautiful, secluded pine lodge with a large hot tub on the edge of The New Forest. A king size bed in the main bedroom sleeps 2, and a small sofa bed in the lounge sleeps 2 small children or one adult. The fully equipped kitchen sits between the bedroom and the low level cosy lounge which leads onto a large decked area with plenty of seating for those al fresco evenings. The Times "Best Beach in the South - 2025" is less than a mile away. It's dog friendly too.

The Nook - Forest/Coastal Luxury Studio

The Nook is a hideout filled with little luxuries for a relaxing escape. Originally the out building of our grade 2 listed cottage, this little studio boasts a Hot tub in the courtyard, overlooked by mature trees & lit by festoon lights. A calming, chic interior, with everything you need to start your break. A fully equipped kitchenette, and enticingly comfy double bed, and timeless music playing through the Roberts radio. A contemporary shower room, complete with toiletries.

Welcome to the Foredeck, a beautiful, well-equipped, self-contained flat with uninterrupted stunning sea views, perfect for a seaside getaway. On the ground floor, at the front of a seafront house, The Foredeck is completely self contained with its own conservatory, living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and garden area. It has a private entrance and off road parking. The Foredeck is on Barton-on-Sea cliff top, and it is only a five minute stroll down to the sea shore.

It is 10 minutes from the New Forest where ponies and cattle roam free and 15 minutes from Lymington town. Keyhaven and Christchurch are only a short drive away and easily accessable by bike.
