Tartaruga house is located at Marinagri resort, distant 5 minutes from Policoro and 45 minutes from Matera. It's a beautiful and spacious flat with a view on the sunset up of sea lagune and Pollino mountains. There is a luxury, well equipped kitchen inside and an additional outdoor kitchen on terrace. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and another two bedrooms on the upper mezzanine floor. You need just 10 minutes of walk to arrive to the equipped beach or to the turistic marine port.

This new house is the most quiet place 10mn from the sea and 5 from the village! The amazing view over the moutains, the village and the sea! You will love it! 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and one shower room, a beatiful kitchen with large terrasse, a cozy living room and a small office room. There is also a large terrasse 360 derees on top of the house with a fantastic view. The pool is 15 meter, down the house in the middle of the olive trees. Pool is shared with another house for 4 people.

Grazioso appartamento con caratteristiche volte a botte, situato vicino alla città vecchia di Bari. L’appartamento è tranquillo e silenzioso, con affaccio su un piccolo cortile verde privato e attrezzato. Tuttavia si precisa che, il cortile é posizionato in città, vicino ad altri palazzi ed esercizi commerciali. A 200 metri parcheggio custodito Saba in Corso Vittorio Veneto 11, aperto h24 . 6 euro al giorno per sosta senza uscita dell’auro. Potete visionare il sito del parcheggio.

pied-à-terre per una vacanza tra sole e mare, di fronte alla spiaggia! Un piccolo appartamento di 35 mq e con terrazzo al piano superiore per rilassarsi e godere del sole e del mare italiano. Camera con letto matrimoniale, tv, armadio. Soggiorno con un divanoletto singolo e angolo cottura. Bagno completo e dulcis in fundo… bellissima terrazza panoramica con patio. Ci vuole 1 minuto per essere in spiaggia. Basta scendere le scale per tre piani e traversare la strada del lungomare.

A 200mt dal mare, villa con ampi spazi e tutti i comfort, adatta per trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla lontano dalla confusione e dai rumori cittadini. L’alloggio è circondato da un ampio giardino completamente recintato per la sicurezza dei bambini e degli amici pelosi. Per raggiungere la casa è obbligatorio l’uso dell’auto.
