L'alloggio è composto da corte antistante e caratteristico ipogeo, vicinissima ai più bei monumenti della città tra cui la chiesa romanica di San Giovanni Battista in Piazza San Giovanni. Nelle vicinanze inoltre sono presenti tutti i servizi tra cui market, caratteristico mercato della frutta e del pesce, forni, negozi tipici, ristoranti, pizzerie e turist point.

The house, part of a late seventeenth-century building, is located near Via Casalnuovo, in the upper part of the Sasso Caveoso. It is located in a privileged position, in the silence of the Sassi but 300 meters from the pedestrian area where walking in the historic city center in a few minutes on foot you can reach the most interesting places of the town. It is possible to park the car on the street, a few minutes walk from the house or in a guarded parking at a cost of about 10 euros per day.

E' situato in campagna, in un luogo panoramico e tranquillo, fuori dal centro abitato, con parcheggio privato e ampio giardino. L’appartamento è adatto a coppie, famiglie anche con bambini e gruppi di amici

La ferula

In un’antica gendarmeria del XVII secolo, in pieno centro storico di Laterza, sorge La Ferula, la casa vacanza che può accogliere fino a quattro persone. Dotata di tutti i comfort e di un lungo balcone -l’antica vedetta del paese- la struttura offre una vista panoramica mozzafiato sulla Gravina ed è luogo ideale per vivere un soggiorno autentico a contatto con la natura.
