Das Apartment ist 35 qm groß und bietet einen Wohnraum mit EBK, Essplatz und bequemer Schlafcouch sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Badezimmer. Ein Fuß- und Radweg führt zum ca. 2km entfernten gepflegten "Vela Placa Beach".Jedes Apartment erhält Pro Gast ein kostenloses Leihfahrrad. Das nächstegelegene Restaurant ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ca 100m entfernt befindet sich eine öffentliche Trinkwasserquelle aus dem Baska Gebirge.

Apartment Rosa is located in the city of Krk, near the city center (700m) and near the beach (600m). The apartment has private jacuzzi, towels, a bathrobe, mini cosmetics, slippers, a hair dryer, an iron, board games, spices in the kitchen, coffee, tea, honey, sugar... If something is missing, I'll bring it to you :) The most important thing is that you have your own peace and a private yard and free&safe parking. Apartment Rosa is pet friendly, each pet has its own bowls for food and water :)

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

This apartment (A2+2, approx 35m2 + 35 m2 terrace) has 1 double bedroom (bed 160*200), bath, kitchen (fully equipped) and living room with extra bed (couch) for 2 more persons. This charming and traditional apartment is situated in the heart of old village within the car free zone (in a small and quiet street that crosses Zvonimirova main street in Baška) where you can feel real rhythm of life in Baška and its relaxing atmosphere from every nook and corner of the place you are staying in. The hause is more than 200 years old and is protected, among others, as cultural heritage by the Ministry of Culture of Croatia.

The house is located just above the Baška harbour, with a small beach just 100 metres away and a 10 minute walk to the old town on one side and naturist camp Bunculuka on the other. There are restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walking distance from the house. The apartment is on the ground floor and it has a very big terrace. In our house we have 3 apartments for max. 8 people. Each apartment has it own separate entrance.

It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.
