Kvalitetan i luksuzno opremljen penthouse za odmor nalazi se u na 4.katu stambene zgrade. Penthouse ima tri spavaće sobe, dvije kupaonice i kuhinju s dnevnim boravkom. Stan ima tri klima uređaja. Na terasi se nalazi whirlpool, vrtna garnitura i ležaljke za sunčanje. Idealno mjesto za opuštanje s pogledom na cijeli grad, more i otoke. Nalazi se 10 minuta hoda do centra grada, gdje ćete pronaći brojne kulturne i zabavne sadržaje kao i bogatu gastronomsku ponudu. Želim dobrodošlicu svim gostima.

Enjoy peace and quiet during your vacation

You’ll love my place because of here aren't many neighbours around, so you can enjoy piece and quiet during your vacation. If you love nightlife, Omiš are Makarska are not far. The beach is one minute walking distance from the house, and 5-6 min walk from center. All that house can offer is at your disposal, including terrace where can you sunbathe during day or have romantic dinners during night,.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Naši nedavno renovirani apartmani idealni su za goste koji, uživajući u odmoru, žele osjetiti svu udobnost vlastitog doma. Svi apartmani orijentirani su jug-sjever pa imaju krasan pogled na more, plažu i otoke. Zalasci sunca s naših južnih terasa izgledaju čarobno, dok sa sjeverne terase pogled pada na planinu Biokovo čije otkrivanje preporučujemo ljubiteljima nedirnute prirode.

On the left is the separated room with inside door with the french bed, bathroom, airconditioning, wifi, balcony - seaside. On the right is the large separated room with inside door where is the sofa - the french bed for 2 persons , bathroom, big kitchen with eating place, loundry machine, airconditioning, sat tv, wifi, the large terrace with the perfect view to the sea, parking place .

Apartment Delight ( 48+17m2) is one of apartments in our Villa. The Villa is surrounded with pine tree forest. It is located directly at Punta Rata beach, Forbes No. 1 beach in Europe in 2004. All units have view facing Punta Rata beach and own parking. Apartment consists of one large bedroom, hall, bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony. There is one double bed and a single bed in the room. In the kitchen there is sofa bed. We have large private parking space.
