Family friendly beach house within walking distance to surf beach inlet and town. Equiped with bedding, towels, etc or can bring own. Porta cot available, but need to bring own linen for this . Pets are welcome, with a fenced yard. Please be thoughtful and clean up after your pets. BBQ in shady back garden for outside entertainment. Welcome to The Sunderland, a beach cottage located at the rear of property behind a Quaker barn shed. Located in the Sunderland Bay area on Phillip Island Victoria, home of the world famous Penguin Parade, within 10 minutes walk of Surfies Point Surf beach and 3 km from safe surf beach at Smiths Beach. The cottage built in 2014 is modern, fully self- contained, perfect for couples or a family with off street parking and safe play yard for children. Wheelchair ramp, Highchair & portable cot.
