If fishing is your thing, bring your rod and catch whiting from the end of the street. Or if you have a boat, the Newhaven boat ramp is 2 mins away. This is the perfect base to enjoy Phillip Island explore the delights of South Gippsland.

This new magnificently appointed studio has its own private entrance, private outdoor area as well as onsite parking. The barn is all yours for your entire stay and shares a driveway with the stunning Parker House. A private retreat only 10 to 15 minutes away from the heart of the Mornington Peninsula’s wine region, Yallumbee Beach Studio is the perfect space to unwind and relax.

Somers Cottage Studio - where vines meet bay

Opened in March 2021 this lovingly styled Studio is a 200m walk to the 100 Steps Beach access. Enjoy the nourishing sounds & and smells of nature surrounding this seaside haven. The local birdlife, koalas, dolphins and more are a highlight. We love the way farms & vineyards roll to the shores of Western Port Bay, perfect for beach mornings and winery afternoons. The Studio, it's outdoor shower & patio area are for guests exclusive use, and we're mindful of our guests privacy.

Somers Peninsula Retreat,

7.5 hectare property with main house and self contained purpose built 1 bedroom cottage with queen size bed, bathroom with spa overlooking private garden with water feature, lounge, dining and kitchen with breakfast hamper, veranda front and back overlooking paddocks and dam, car port. Property has a push button farm gate at entrance. There are bikes to ride and the dam is stocked with fish. Silver Perch and Trout bring your own fishing rod.

The Barn, beautiful & private, Balnarring

The Barn at Summersdale Located in Balnarring on the Mornington Peninsula, this exquisitely finished barn conversion is the perfect couples' retreat. Just a 3-4 min drive to Balnarring and Merricks beaches plus wonderful Peninsula vineyards, the Barn is the ideal location from which to explore.
