Shepherd Hut in Tranquil Setting

Our Shepherds hut was built as a labour of love and is set in a leafy secluded spot in our 2 acre garden. Surrounding you is blissful green complete with pond and your own personal fire pit, with our sleepy campsite nearby. The space has a delightful kitchen/living area and super comfy double bed. There is electric light and heating, and the space is stocked with kitchen essentials, bedding and household items. The new toilet and shower block is just a a short walk away.

The conversion has a king size bed, a double sofa bed and has been refurbished to a high standard. The building has been fully modernised and guests will be assured a first-class service. Set in the beautiful village of Normanton on Trent. The cottage is opposite to the annexe was also featured on BBC's Escape to the Country.

Manor Farm is a large Victorian manor house set in beautiful grounds offering you the chance to be a Lady or Lord at a price you can afford! The main house sleeps up to sixteen guests and a further four guests can be accommodated in The Servants Quarters (separate listing) We provide home from home comfort with an elegant twist. An eight seater Hot tub and a games room are part of the activity highlights which you can enjoy!

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
