Although this newly-renovated mid-century home feels eons away from the real world -- as it is perched atop a beautiful mountain with breathtaking sunset views -- it is only about 4 mi/15 minutes away from Downtown Asheville! New mattresses plus quality furniture and fireplace fill the space, and we have fully-stocked the kitchen. The best feature is the deck. We can host up to 8 guests, with 3 beds/bedrooms and 1 sleeper sofa; 2 full baths. We have 2 family rooms — one upstairs and one down.

Located only 1/3 mile from the Blue Ridge Parkway, this home offers comfortable indoor space and a beautiful outdoor setting only 12 minutes from downtown Asheville and 8 minutes from the Biltmore House. Well behaved dogs are welcome at our rentals! Pet fee is $50.
