This is a private beachfront studio type stilt house in our 5 hectare farm beach estate. You will experience the lush and unpretentious tropical idyll where the mountains meet the sea. The backdrop of the property is the majestic Mt. Madjaas, the highest mountain in Panay Island and to the front is the wide expanse of Sulu Sea. Our guests will be able to have the peace and quiet nestled in the coconut grove but also be connected online with fast and strong signal (smart and globe).

Strategically located along the main national road and junction to the Kawa Hot Baths, Kasa Raya is a bamboo stilt house nestled in between hills and rice paddies. Your air conditioned room has a standard double bed good for 2 guests with private bathroom. We have a printer available and fast wired fiber internet perfect for online remote work

Experience the beauty of nature in our balcony gazing at the magnificent Mt. Madja-as mountain and the bird’s-eye view of the Playland of Madjaas Park and enioy Mararison Island, 10minutes away from our place . Also have fun and experience the famous Kawa Hotbath at Tibiao (15mins drive).
