Owl Nest is located next to our home with its own secure contained yard. It is situated on two and a half acres of landscaped gardens. Enjoy a private setting with abundant local wildlife greeting you as you sit back on your private deck enjoying a fresh brewed coffee or drink. I have provided many additional items to enable a pleasant stay and Im happy for you to bring your house trained dog. However I need to know if you bring pets, bring their bedding along. Additional cleaning fee applies .

Comfortable 1 Bedroom unit, with own private access. Private bathroom with large shower, vanity and toilet, laundry/kitchenette has a toaster, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities etc and washing machine. No stove. Bedroom has a queen size bed, quality bedding, A/C, ceiling fan and large wardrobe. The living room has a new fridge, dining table & chairs, lounge with pull out sofa bed, large screen TV, DVD Blueray. Outdoor area has BBQ with side burner, seating and attractive garden setting.

Lilli Pilli Beach Escape (Batemans Bay)

Set in the beautiful South Coast region this high quality, Private facility under and at the rear of a Newly built private residence amongst peaceful bush surrounds. Through an adjacent reserve is a pleasant 5 min walk to either Lilli Pilli Beach or Three66 Espresso Bar Café & Boat ramp. This separate facility has private access and parking. Spacious areas featuring a Main Bedroom with a Sofa Lounge in the main living area for those extra guests or children. Breakfast supplied for all guests.

Great location in a quiet and flat residential area, Only 2km to Batehaven & 2.5km to Batemans Bay town centre making this a great central location to either walk or drive to either destination. The unit is equipped with everything you many need for a weekend or weeks stay. Featuring a full sized kitchen, & laundrette in the bathroom. we do live onsite,& will not tolerate any breaking of house rules

October is whale time! This eco friendly studio space in Kioloa is the closest private accommodation to Pretty Beach, with Murramarang National Park as your next-door neighbour! This is the last house on the street before the national park. Only minutes to Pretty Beach, Merry Beach, and Kioloa Beach. The studio is perfect for couples as a cosy retreat from the city. Parking is available, with private access to the studio. The wildlife includes Glossy Black Cockatoos, kangaroos and possums.

Garden Bay Beach Getaway - "The Beach Shack"

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish & affordable space only a stones throw from secluded Garden Bay beach. A gentle leisurely stroll to Mosquito bay boat ramp and Cafe 366, or head in the opposite direction over the hill to Malua Bay surf beach. A 10 minute drive North to Batemans Bay or South to Broulee. The Garden Bay Beach shack is a self contained, downstairs unit with all mod cons and built for couples, but can accommodate a small child as an extra. Excellent romantic retreat.

Malua Bay Beach Cottage

My place is a cosy original beach house. The cottage is a very homely small house with good character. Two verandas on which to relax & unwind depending on the time of day. Located close to several beaches, the closest being 200m down the road. Café 366 at Mosquito Bay. Malua Bay shops are a 2 min drive, includes supermarket, bottle shop, take away, butcher/deli/coffee, newsagent. Reverse cycle AC & portable fans supplied. If you're after a space to relax, then this is the place for you.

Beach holiday in a large garden

Our comfortable, well-equipped self-contained unit is situated underneath our family home. It is 1 km from the beach and the river, and 6 km from the country town of Moruya on the NSW South Coast. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, markets, bush walking, bike trails, or relaxing - it's all here for you and your family. Your pet is welcome too. We have a large grass area fenced with l.6 m high wire where your dog can run, and our local beach is a 24 hour off-leash doggy playground!

Mrs Grace’s Moruya

Get away from it all when you visit Mrs Grace’s rustic bush retreat at Moruya. LGBTQI friendly 🌈 Enjoy big starry skies and a myriad of bird life. Wander down to the Moruya River past kangaroos, and wombat holes. Lounge under the wisteria with a picnic between swims, or in winter cozy up by the fire with a book or jigsaw. In the warmer weather, book our free kayaks, and paddle 1km upriver to “Yaragee” the local swimming spot, or downriver into town for the more adventurous.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Only 200 metres from beautiful Surfside Beach. ShoreBreak is one of the last few authentic 1960s beach houses. Only a short walk from Cullendulla Reserve offering secluded beach, bush and mangrove walks. The yard is completely fenced off and the house is only 300 metres from a Dog Friendly beach, so ideal for dog owners. Surfside is only five minutes drive from shops, cafes and restaurants in Batemans Bay.
