The Shepherd’s Hut, Bath

In the summer of 2019 we installed a brand new shepherd’s hut in our large garden. The hut, built by a local company, is sat in an open space away from our own house, and has a great view down the garden. It is fully equipped with: Double bed TV Underfloor heating Bose bluetooth speaker Free WiFi Toilet and shower room with shampoo and shower gel Microwave Single hob Toaster & kettle Iron and ironing board Coffee & tea Breakfast cereals, our own free range eggs, bread, butter, jams and juices

The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

Great Pulteney St. Maisonette (parking)

The maisonette (with parking) consists of the top two floors of a fine Grade 1 listed Georgian town house, on what is reputed to be one of the finest residential streets in Europe! The spacious apartment, decorated with fine furnishings and antiques, consists of three bedrooms (two king sized doubles with showers and a twin room with bathroom) as well as a dressing room on the top floor, a grand drawing room, dining room and fully fitted kitchen as well as a forth bathroom on the floor below.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Beautiful Bath Bolthole -A* Milsom Street Location

The Milsom is a newly renovated apartment in the iconic Grade II listed Jolly's building on Milsom Street- locations don't come much better than this. Apartment 10 is on the 3rd floor with views across Bath towards The Ivy Brasserie just opposite and the Christmas Market stalls just below (November toDecember.) The Milsom has been completely refurbished and furnished tastefully with smart TV and complimentary WiFi. As a super-host, I am experienced in providing comfy city break stays.
