It is nestled on the side of a hill with views to the East out over the town to farmland, the Firth of Forth and Edinburgh. The accommodation is adjacent to a small wooded area which is home to a family of deer! The comfortable house has a homely sitting room (fire is decorative only) well appointed kitchen/dining room, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. It has a small enclosed garden.

Wonderful period home in Perthshire in the Scottish Highlands, in a stunningly special romantic location on Loch Earn. Great for a 1-2 week holiday, or for a short break. Walking, watersports, etc - or just relaxing! Excellent location for exploring - day trips in all directions. Easy to reach - Edinburgh or Glasgow 75 minute drive. Compact, warm, cosy house in a quiet residential area overlooking a small park. The house is simply and stylishly furnished. There is a small garden where you can enjoy eating out in warmer weather. In spring and summer the garden is filled with herbs and flowers. You'll usually find a few books in the hall and you're welcome to take any you like the look of. The house holds a good central position close to airports; Glasgow airport is 30 minutes away and Edinburgh airport is 40 minutes drive and is a good base for a variety of day trips in and around the city. Twechar is situated on the Forth and Clyde canal which is used for cycling, walking and kayaking. There are many walks in and around Twechar itself for instance the Roman Fort and easy access to the Trossachs.
