Battery Point House is an award winning architect designed renovation to a heritage cottage located just above the Derwent river A 15 min walk to Salamanca & 5 min to the village & Syd-Hob finish line; visible from our upstairs windows. Salamanca Getaway Battery Point offers a stylish experience in this centrally located area. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk to Hobart's Salamanca Place, Hobart waterfront, and Hobart CBD. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, with a beautiful spacious kitchen and dining room on the entry level. NOTE: no oven, but has stove top. An Air Fryer can be supplied for bookings over 5 nights if requested prior to arrival. The apartment is over 2 levels, please consider this if you have mobility issues.

Two en-suite bedrooms have hydronic wall heaters and the kitchen/living room has a gas fireplace and a river view.
