A 3rd floor apartment at the top of a Victorian home just off the corner of Centennial Park. A short walk to everything downtown. The loft is downtown lake odessa above a store front. Awesome for nightly or longer stays. It has Brick walls, barn siding, exposed ceiling, Murphy beds, fireplace. Walk down stairs , to r, antique shops, a fabulous old fashioned ice cream shoppe, seasonal. The public beach is walking distance. This would be an awesome place to have a group of friends party, however it can’t be used for that. It has to be more low key, there is an overnight rental below the loft. It’s great for relaxing

Artist's Home In a quiet neighborhood, this is the walkout level of an artist's home and features paintings, art supplies, and interesting artifacts. On the ground floor, there are no steps. It has its own private entrance, fenced yard, patio, and off street parking. The space includes a spacious living room with futon, cable TV/wifi, dining area with table for 6, kitchenette with a number of cooking options, nice bathroom, bedroom with comfortable queen size bed, and laundry facilities.

Amenities Include heat, A/C, cable & wi-fi. Full access to shared yard, boathouse . Use of a fire pit. Use our 2 kayaks or fish off the dock. Walk to quaint downtown Paw Paw with restaurants, bars, breweries and wineries.
