We purchased the property in 2010 and Built this cottage for our family. After our children moved out we sold our home and moved here as our full-time residence. We loved lake living so decided to build our new home on the same property, using our cottage as a guest home. Paddle to downtown Saugatuck or down the river to Lake Michigan. If you chose to relax in the cottage you can relax on one of two large decks, play pool, indoor shuffle board table, or sit in the hot tub.
