My Аpartment is in the very center of downtown, next to the cruise port promenade, in the historical two-story former hotel "Centralnaia". In the area are located the best restaurants, casinos, nightclubs, cafes, and parks. 5 minutes of the walk from the beach, the Ali&Nino, Yacht Club, "Alphabet" tower, Ferris wheel, Cableway Argo, Central Bazaar & Bus station, Europe Square, Piazza Square. The apartment overlooks the courtyard, so street noise is not audible. Free parking in the courtyard.

Я собственник. живу в этом же здании и поэтому гости сразу без задержек (как обычно бывает на ресепшене) по приезду сразу вселяются в номер, в котором предварительно уже включено отопление-кондицонер и бойлер с горячей водой. Квартира находятся на 20 этаже Уютная,хороший,свежий ремонт. В квартире есть абюсалютно все для приятного время провождения: техника, посуда, постельное, полотенца, Wi-Fi.

Сдаётся домик для отдыха целиком. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания на любой срок. Всё оборудование и спальные места (матрасы и бельё) новые. Есть интернет, телевизор со спутниковым ТВ (каналы разных стран). Рядом красивый сад и площадка для отдыха на улице. На территории есть бесплатная парковка. До пляжа можно добраться на такси (5 лари) или на автобусах 7 и 15 (0.5 лари за 20 минут).
