Panorama Wide Sea View

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

Также в этом году я сделал натуральное вино, пару бутылочек от меня в подарок гостю :). Я могу встретить гостя в аэропорте в Батуми и Помочь в любом вопросе. У меня также есть машина (джип), на котором магу организовать экскурсии в горную Аджарии. А также магу встретить вас в аэропортах Кутаиси.

Orbi City is located on first line from the sea, only 50 meters away from the beach. Indulge in the remarkable views of the sea, Gonio fotress and even Turkish mountains from my apartment, located at 42nd floor of the Orbi City block C. It has a dining area with a smart TV. Free WiFi and air conditioning are available. There is also a kitchen, fitted with a microwave, electric kettle and fridge. I provide clean bed linen. Dolphinarium is 1.3 km away. ORBI CITY (block A) is located close to beach (first line), fountain, House of Justice, waterpark, Carrefour market, Batumi Mall and restaurants. MY DELUXE APARTMENT 34TH floor have a great seaview, kitchen+ place and equipment (except for cooking soups and fried foods), microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, individual Wi-Fi, safetybox, black-out curtains, folding chairs & table on the balcony, clothes dryer. Standart apartments not have this all.

Nice cozy place 5min from sea, in historic Batumi
