Absolute solitude assured, surrounded by forest with access to the upper, deepest reaches of the pristine Clyde River. Perfect for those wanting to escape the crowds. If you want to explore there are day trips to cater for all tastes. End the day relaxing in a clawfoot bath under the stars, then settling in for the night in front of the open fire. Fire wood is provided.

'Bawley Beachcomber' is a classic Australian beach house with retro styling. Perched in the trees, the house enjoys an elevated position and is less than 100 metres from the dog-friendly Cormorant beach. Enjoy waking up to the sound of waves! Bawley Point is a hidden gem. Nestled between two national parks with three stunning beaches to choose from, you can enjoy surfing, bush walks, or simply relaxing on the beach with a good book. Bawley Ridge Cottage is a secluded, spacious & dog-friendly log cabin with lofty beamed ceilings, cosy living area, & luxury bathroom. 10 mins from Bawley's beaches, the cottage is on an 8 ac farm, with roaming alpacas, geese, peacocks & goats. We have lots of wood for the fire in winter, the outdoor bath is wonderful for stargazing & the (shared) swimming pool heaven on a hot day. We can also provide transport at a competitive fare to & from nearby walking trails, wedding venues & wineries.

Your retreat is a private ABSOLUTE beachfront home on three levels, with ocean panoramas everywhere you look. There is not a road, power line, fence or cliff to separate you from the ever-changing ocean, and your secluded cove-beach just 30 steps below. ONE host with just ONE home. Total focus on your visit. I am not able to welcome or host PETS as there is no fencing, with sensitive ocean reserve public land adjoining.
