This gorgeous 1905 historic home is situated in a safe and central Bay Area location, close to parks, pubs, amenities, shops & the beach! The spacious 3 bedroom + bonus room, 1/2 bath home is fully furnished, and tastefully decorated. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch, breakfast in the breakfast nook, and cocktails in the dining room lounge. There’s also an outside dining area for you to enjoy the California sunshine!

Redwood Sanctuary Oakland Hills

Redwood Sanctuary is located in the idyllic Oakland Hills with beautiful vistas, hikes, and parks within a short drive. The home is situated on half an acre of land in the middle of redwood, eucalyptus, and oak trees secluded away from other homes. Montclair village is an 8 minute drive, providing lots of great food and shops. Minutes from Highway 13 and 580. It is a 1 bedroom studio with a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. It can comfortably accommodate up to 3. We'd love to host your stay!

Great space for a lovely trip to the Bay Area! Located in a very safe & quiet neighborhood of Alameda. The cottage has a private bathroom with shower (no tub), a kitchenette with microwave, and the most comfortable queen bed. Close to Oakland Coliseum, BART, SF, Oakland Airport, and ferry to SF. Great access to Bay Farm Trail and just a short walk to restaurants and shopping. ** Please note that the bed is against the wall, so if you are a group of two, one person will be against the wall.

This cozy studio is a comfortable, clean, and private space with a bathroom, kitchenette, and off-street parking. The space has a memory foam king-sized bed, comfortable lounging chair, and eat/work area. Please note that there is a steep step down to access the space. The studio is an affordable and convenient option for folks comfortable staying in a dense, working-class urban neighborhood. We are walking distance to the Fruitvale Bart station, excellent local eats, and grocery stores.

Fully-equipped studio apartment in Alameda victorian home. Spacious, with modern amenities (WiFi, Netflix), free coffee and tea, queen-size bed, and big yard, shared with the main house. Separate entrance through the backyard. Young kids live in the upstairs house part-time (see “other notes”) and can be loud until 9:30pm. We’re a dog-friendly space and love hosting pups (maximum of 2, house trained)! Please note that we’re not able to accommodate cats at this time. Lab lives in property.

We are happy to welcome you to our quiet, spacious studio guest suite! Our guest suite is on the ground level of our split-level mid-century modern home with a private side entrance. The bedroom is spacious and includes a comfortable pillow-top queen bed. The luxury bathroom has a large, glass-enclosed shower with a rain shower head, two vanities, and a walk-in closet. Inside the walk-in closet, we've also curated a coffee & tea station with a mini fridge and a cold/hot water dispenser.

Cozy Studio with Sep. Entrance Steps From Downtown

Our recently renovated studio has a separate entrance, keypad lock and 400 Mbps Wifi. Step through the door into an interior filled with light, original art and all the comforts of home. Welcoming touches include salt from our salt farm and air diffusers. Fix your own meals in the kitchenette or pick up takeout at dozens of restaurants blocks away. We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. We live upstairs, close by if you need anything.

Recently remodeled studio apartment in a duplex. Sitting at the end of a calm cul-de-sac. You'll have a private parking space. Less than a mile (19-minute walk) to Fruitvale Bart station. A 22-minute train ride to San Francisco. Low-key foodie destination in the Fruitvale district where you can get tacos, falafel & hummus, or Cambodian food all within a block of each other. Near Red Bay Coffee (gourmet coffee roasters), and Jo's modern Thai. All this within 1 mile of the house.

Charming Redwood Heights Garden Studio

Private studio in a family home with separate entrance and dedicated parking spot. We are located in the Redwood Heights neighborhood of Oakland California with easy access to freeways, shopping, sights, and restaurants. This is the perfect home base for national and inter-national travelers visiting the Bay Area. The studio has a small kitchenette, bathroom, and a comfortable queen size bed. There’s a flatscreen TV , wifi, and a shared garden patio right outside the door.

Beautiful Beach Side Suite

Modern In-law suite close to shopping, restaurants short walk to the beach. Local transportation and minutes to the Oakland Airport.. I live upstairs, I’m available via text. Please let me know if there’s anything I can do to make your stay exceptional. Because I occupy the top two floors of the house, it’s a possibility that you may hear “life” happening upstairs from the suite. No children just a big fluffy dog that behaves like a cat. It’s a fairly quiet house.
