A spacious deck with waterfall views and walnut trees compliments the cabin. It is situated on a 20-acre rural property, with a 20-minute drive to downtown Tauranga and a 10-minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing, offering dining and shopping options. The Cabin is located at Hamurana, in a 2 acre garden setting 350m from Lake Rotorua. Located 120 m from the owners house and is completely private. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.

Large bedsit flat with kitchen and bathroom

The bedsit flat is situated downstairs as part of our 2 storied house. We live upstairs with our dog (a Collie cross called Nessie). It is entirely separate to our part of the house. Do expect some noise from us upstairs, but we try to keep it to a minimum. You have use of your own kitchen with a washing machine, and bathroom. We have a big garden and can offer a parking space for you behind the automated gate. Our place is very close to the beach, we are one road back from the dunes.
