We have our own private Lake Access with a Jetty and can cater for boat trailers. It is a downstairs, self-contained, with its own private entrance Our location is around 18 minutes from Rotorua, the nearest supermarket for supplies is 15 minutes away, you will pass it as you drive to us from Rotorua. We don't cater for 2-10yr olds

Wytchwood Lake House is steps away from the lake edge - just follow the wide garden path down to the water. It is comfortably furnished, with a warm, cosy fire in winter and doors opening onto both front and back decks for summer. Addictive View

Unwind in this peaceful setting. Wonderful lakeside view. Watch the sun set from your deck. Bird-watching. In a quiet neighborhood approx 10min to town, easy to get to all attractions. The studio is well equipped and comfortable. A kayak is available. Guests comment that "the view was amazing. Waking up with the view of the lake was super nice. Nice modern apartment." “I am reluctant to rave about this place too much as, selfishly, I don't want it to become too popular"
