Das Ferienhaus liegt in Alleinlage am Waldrand. Die großzügige überdachte Terrasse und der eingewachsene Garten laden zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Im Sommer können Sie sich im Schwimmteich abkühlen. Besondern geeignet ist das Ferienhaus für größere Gruppen oder Familien. Für tierfreundliche Menschen ist das Ferienhaus der ideale Ort, um Ihren Urlaub mit den Haustieren zu verbringen. Das große Grundstück teilen Sie sich gemeinsam mit heimischen Pflanzen, Vögeln, Rehen, Hasen und Eidechsen.

The "Schlössle", a former 4* hotel, is located in the immediate vicinity of the town square, centrally located but still very quiet. The apartment (approx. 75 sqm) is on the ground floor. The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

Willkommen in unserer geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung im Loft-Stil. Auf ca. 50 qm bietet sie Platz für 2 Personen und ist mit hochwertigen, natürlichen Materialien ausgestattet. Ein geölter Vollholzboden, edler Tonputz und ein gemütlicher Holzofen schaffen eine warme Atmosphäre. Die Miniküche (Wasseranschluss im Bad) ist ideal für kleine Köstlichkeiten. In dieser ruhigen Lage ist auch möglich am Naturteich zu sitzen und den Garten zu genießen. Wir sehen uns!!

The comfort holiday apartment is located in the vacation village Hauzenberg. The 60 m² cozy accommodation consists of a living room with a double bed for 2 people and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with two single beds and 1 bathroom, so it can accommodate 5 people. The equipment also includes Wi-Fi and a TV. Your private outdoor area has a balcony with table and chairs where you can relax, read a book, dine al fresco and admire the stunning views.

Die Unterkunft liegt idyllisch ruhig in einem Tal mit viel Wald in Saldenburg im Bayerischen Wald, nur 25 km entfernt von Passau. Die Ferienwohnung ist 70qm groß und bietet Platz für bis zu 5 Personen. Sie umfasst ein SZ mit 3 Schlafplätzen, ein WZ mit Schlafcouch für 2 Personen, ein Bad, 2 Balkone und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Für unsere Kleinen bieten wir einen Streichelzoo, Ponyreiten und einen Spielplatz. Gäste mit Hunden sind willkommen.
