Waterfront with pier, dock, our home and grounds are nestled on a secluded salt marsh tidal creek between the Intracoastal Waterway and Run of Little Creek tidal creek and across from Eagle Point Golf Club. Enjoy kayaking, fishing and crabbing for fun. Bicycle and walk on our quiet, dead-end street. Privacy and nature, yet with nearby beaches, restaurants, shopping, golf, boating opportunities. Nearby is the historic city of Wilmington on the Cape Fear River. Parties and events are not allowed.

Great for families and get togethers. "The Pickleball Place" boasts a remodeled kitchen, living room, laundry room, three bedrooms, and bonus room. Spacious enclosed yard for pets in the back! Beautifully located duplex in the tree lined Harbor Island community of Wrightsville Beach. Amazing view of Banks Channel from the top floor porch/sunroom along with the back door stunning sunset view over the marsh and elementary school. Enjoy riding our bikes, paddling on provided kayaks in Banks Channel across the street, a jog around the famous 2.5 mi loop, or a fun day at the beach! Easy 10-minute walk or very short bike ride to the beach, bars, restaurants, coffee, shopping, and ice cream

Welcome to the Fish Den! Come stay at this private home located about 15 minutes from Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington. This home has a large fenced in backyard with a pergola, perfect for spending time outdoors. A great property for all types of guests - solo travelers, couples, and families. Oh, and we are dog friendly! We have a mini golden doodle and understand that dogs are apart of the family too! Early check in may be approved - please message host. $50 early check in fee.

Open floorplan with two bedrooms and two full baths with a third bedroom converted into an office space. Home has two dedicated parking spots and a private fenced in back yard. Enjoy a beverage in the screened in back patio before heading out for the evening. Amenities include three TV's, washer, dryer, coffee, pressure cooker, air fryer etc.
