We are within 4 miles of Norfolk Premium Outlets and IKEA, and are within 5 miles to Virginia Wesleyan and 15 miles to ODU. Walk to local favorite restaurants (New River Tap House, The Rustic Spoon, 1608 Crafthouse, Comfy Belly).

Restored in 2021 with modern amenities, the Carriage House features a king bedroom and two queen bedrooms, each with its own private, full bathroom. Enjoy our private nature trail, tennis court, and lush gardens. The Manor has hosted some of Virginia Beach’s most VIP guests, including President Obama, and is also listed on the city's Historic Register.

We are a convenient 15 min ride from the tourist Oceanfront but you will have plenty to do in our relaxed beach town.
