Bus stop is a 1 minute walk, arrivals every 10 minutes.

Brimming with ever-changing sea and sky views and well-equipped for an easy and truly memorable stay, quality time with friends and family is spent relaxing, playing games, swimming, walking, reading, as well as exploring the attractions and culture of nearby coastal towns, historic landmarks and beautiful South Downs National Park.

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. PLEASE NOTE: For those who have been following news of our building restoration, we are very happy to report that the scaffolding is now down and our beautiful views fully restored. With a bus stop right outside, everything you need is within easy reach. KIRA is the perfect base for a memorable stay. Guests have often said its the best Airbnb they've stayed in!

The quirky basement is located in an 1800s Victorian Building and is a stones throw away from the beach (200 yards). The stunning seven sisters cliff top walk starts just a 5 minute walk away. Quirky basement flat is located in the heart of the town, with shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants all within walking. The property can sleep and dine up to 4 people. The wardrobe is not available, though there is separate a hanging rail. Regular trains and buses!
