We are located in Jefferson City, TN about 25 minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Heading west we are only 30 minutes from Knoxville. Our cozy tiny home has all of the basic necessities you will need during your visit such as full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen sink, tv and Wi-Fi.

Conveniently located an hour from Knoxville, Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge areas & about 45min from Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol. We are situated in the middle so you can go either way without a lot of driving. This is an easy stop-over if you are traveling 81 and just need a sweet place to rest in your journey. We take great care to foresee any need you may have while staying with us.

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.

Welcome to my home! I hope that you find my home comfy and a retreat for your family to enjoy. . In the main living room, there is room for hanging out, playing board games, streaming your shows on the Firesticks, or reading a book curled up on the couch with a cup of hot chocolate and a fuzzy throw. . If you all want to go out and explore, you are within 5 min of the AMC theater, entertainment, dining, shopping, parks and downtown.

A Stay On Brentwood

This location is in the heart of Morristown with a variety of restaurants and quick access to interstate 40 and interstate 81. With the Néw interstate access, the drive to pigeon Forge is about 45 but could be longer depending on traffic. Guest are encouraged to allow more time during peak season ( March- December ) This listing is NOT a good fit for small or toddler children because of the kitchenette and fireplace.

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located studio apartment. This is a studio apartment. It is newly renovated and setup to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There are many restaurants nearby for you to enjoy. If you prefer not to eat out, feel free to use the stocked kitchen to make a homemade meal. The kitchen contains a coffee bar so that you can start your day with a fresh cup of coffee.

You will be close to everything! Centrally-located cabin! Flat roads all the way to cabin! Right off of the Dolly Parton Parkway you are 5 mins from shopping, food, grocery stores, gas etc, 20 mins from Dollywood, 30 mins - 1 hour from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! We do have an indoor/outdoor cat that lives here. If you aren't a fan of cats then this isn't the place for you! LOL
