Lakeside Oasis Suite - Private Entrance & Deck

Relax & enjoy wildlife from the serenity of the suite, on deck chairs or in the brand new private hot tub! In summer, your private deck is perfect for watching eagles, loons, ducks, swans and fish while enjoying cocktails or BBQ. For the lake, use a stand up paddle board or canoe from our stash. Winter? bring your own skiis for the groomed trail on the lake. A neatly appointed kitchenette gets you through the basics. Use the grill for bigger meals. Max 2 guests, both 21 & older, no exceptions.

Blackhorse Cabin

Quant little cabin nestled high enough in the mountain to view Mt Alice from the front porch and still close enough to the town of Seward. There is a queen bed and a futon. The love seat reclines also. There is a fire pit you are free to use and some bikes hang from the deck of the main house feel free to use those. The house is located up the mountain but the road can be heard from the cabin. The queen bed and twin futon are located in the same room. One guest complained the area was to small.

Eagle Landing - Riverside Cabin

Enjoy stunning river and mountain views from this charming two-story cabin. With six queen beds and two full bathrooms, this cabin provides ample space for you. The main floor features a bedroom with two queen beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy comfortable sitting area, and a bathroom. Upstairs is a private bedroom with two queen size beds, a loft with two queen size beds, and another full bathroom. Although it sleeps 12, the living and dining area are smaller and more suited for 6-8 guest.

Winter events, Northern lights in treehouse

The Tree House is a custom masterpiece w/the view of all views; front door that belongs on a clipper ship; small fireplace, kitchenette, King bed, artistic staircase leading to a claw foot tub overlooking Lower Trail lake. It's a special place.Many friends have made this their honeymoon spot. In winter the toilet works but water line is frozen so we just built an all wooden bathroom in the main. lodge dual vanities and sinks, 100% private, clean, warm ,. great new shower and amenities.

Kelly Cabin on Kenai Lake

Enjoy all Cooper Landing and the Kenai Peninsula has to offer with your own private retreat on Kenai Lake. Our cabin has 2 bedrooms, a loft and 2 bathrooms. The property is located on the sunny side of Kenai Lake just up from the bridge. Enjoy a fire by the lake, float the upper Kenai, hike or bike. The property has a private boat launch for small boats. Minutes away from the new Cooper Landing Brewery and across the street from Wildman's for food, river shuttles, and last minute items.

Salmon Landing- Kenai Riverside

Enjoy the magic of the upper Kenai River on your own acre of land on the rivers edge. In your own private cabin, indulge in the beauty of the river life surrounded by towering mountains, Bald Eagles, Sockeye and Silver Salmon, Rainbow Trout, the occasional bear, moose and mountain goat, and the commonly seen rafts and drift boats floating by. In this area, you will enjoy fishing, kayaking, drifting, hiking, mountain biking, or just relaxing enjoying the view by an indoor or outdoor fire.

Renfro's Lakeside Retreat Cabins

Nestled in the heart of the Kenai Mountains, Renfro's Lakeside Retreat is located on emerald green Kenai Lake. Renfro's offers five unique cabins which are located on the lake. Renfro's offers spectacular views of huge snow capped mountains and a 30-mile long lake. This pristine retreat has the feel of true wilderness and yet is located only 20 miles from Seward. This means you are within driving distance of the activities people want to see and experience while on the Kenai Peninsula.

The Cabin at Primrose

Newly constructed 2024 cozy cabin on the world-famous Kenai Lake. You will enjoy magical scenery including the Chugach Mountains, Kenai Lake, and Snow River Glacier. The cabin boasts a full-size, well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a full closet, washer/dryer, and king-size bed. The full bathroom has a large shower. The queen-size sleeper sofa provides comfortable sleeping for additional guests (perfect for kids or teens). The cabin deck is complete with seating and propane grill.

The Ohana Cabin

New in '22! Brand new custom-built cabin surrounded by the Kenai Mountains on the outskirts of Moose Pass. This cheerful, cozy cabin is located on the same property as the Inn at Tern Lake- a unique Bed & Breakfast Inn. Guest have access to the walking trails, the tennis court, golf green, and children's playset. The cabin is centrally located close to some of the best hiking trails, fishing, and adventures in Alaska! Seward, Cooper Landing, and Hope are a short drive away.

Russian River House

Located in Cooper Landing, the Russian River House has everything you can imagine in a rental cabin. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 queen size beds, and two fold down couches. A lovely breakfast bar seats 4, dining seats 6. There is a natural cold-water spring with a small tub for keeping drinks cool while you are enjoying yourself around the fire pit. Our uncompromising commitment to hygiene and cleanliness pushes us to go the extra mile. Two night minimum stay and 6 guest maximum.

Shackleford Creek Mountain House

Shackleford Creek Mountain House is a special place where we join family and friends to explore the mountains, lakes, rivers and trails that are in the Cooper Landing area. We are situated a mile from the town center where multiple fish and river guides base their operations. Fishing, hiking and mountain biking trails are all within minutes of the house. The design of the house is open and well suited for couples and families with kids older than three.

Closed for the Season: Site #4

Grouse Lake Campground is a WALK-IN, TENT-ONLY campground that is opened June 8th through September 13th, and is closed from September 14th through June 7th. Campsite #4 is a WALK-IN, TENT-ONLY campsite with enough space for one tent. It has a picnic spool and fire-ring for contained campfire. Bring your sleeping bags, tent, tarps, and fishing pole.
