We are less than a mile from downtown and only blocks away from coffee shops (Owl Bakery, City Bakery, Liberty House & Starbucks), plenty of restaurants (Jettie Rae’s Oyster House, Taco Temple, Bone & Broth), ice cream (Ultimate) and exercise studios (Asheville Yoga Center &SOR). We are also only a few miles from the iconic Grove Park Inn. Uber downtown approx. $9 per ride.

Our location, three minutes from downtown, is ideal for being part of everything Asheville has to offer while still being "away from it all" during your downtime. The 1,400 sq. foot space includes a fireplace, large windows, flat screen TV, full bath, kitchenette and a 700 sq. foot walk out deck to enjoy your morning coffee or to watch the sunset.
