If an IPA fan we are a 5 minute walk to The Mill Whistle Brewery. The cottage has keyless entry and a choice of 2 ground level decks. Spacious living area and kitchen provide all the comforts you would need for your stay, just bring groceries. This fully remodeled 1940's Beaufort gem is steps from Town Creek Marina and Front Street! Shops, restaurants, tours and several ferry options are within walking distance. The house offers two queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms, laundry, reading nook, fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels, beach cart, yard games & so much more. The 'Outhouse' is attached to the deck and is a separate space to hangout, watch movies & use the PS4. There is everything you need at the Mermaid Cottage!

Pet friendly 1 bedroom unit with a view!

Pet friendly and centrally located within the town of Beaufort, this rental space is one of a kind! Bike or walk to shops, restaurants and attractions downtown. We provide the bikes! Beaufort has many special tours, historic sites , events, and fun things to do! After a busy day , relax on the top deck where the view is spectacular with sightings of wild ponies and egrets. Pet fee is $50 per stay payable separate to me . Please message me if staying longer than a week .

When traveling with pets we accept behaved pets for a 10.00 nightly charge per pet .

The House / Pirates landing House has large driveway to accommodate your boat ,travel trailer or extra vehicle vehicles. Garage is a great space to hang out, has a pool table dartboard foosball table , and a Bluetooth speaker . The house is very spacious with plenty of room inside and out. If you need more space, we have a second Airbnb on site / Captains quarters. ( studio Apartment )This will accommodate one or two more guest .
