This property is a brand new, modern and unobstructed waterfront beach house built directly on the dunes of Parlee Beach. This is a beautiful, family friendly vacation destination that is centrally located. It is walking distance from the famous Pointe-du-Chêne wharf and only roughly 50 feet from the Parlee Beach trail, no need to drive around all day! This house is perfect for mature people, families, friends and for special occasions. This is also on a private, dead-end road for added privacy.

We made the heartfelt decision to buy, renovate, and decorate it to honor my mom who was hospitality defined, always leaving people around her feeling warm and wonderful.
