Our home is completely renovated and ready for your family to enjoy. We also have a fenced yard and parking in the driveway as well as on the street. You will love the private outdoor space for BBQ's or a cozy night lounging around the firepit. The kitchen is fully stocked for meal prep, and the kitchen table expands to seat 8 people. Our 1800's homestead was a stop on the Underground Railroad & a land grant to a Revolutionary War Veteran. The cottage is surrounded on 2 sides with a deck that overlooks the pond and the bike trail. Within 15 minutes of Yellow Springs and Cedarville and thirty minutes of Dayton, Wilmington and Springfield.

Camp Combs Cottage

Situated in the Village of Wayne Lakes 6 miles south of Greenville, Ohio. CAMP COMBS is a RUSTIC two bedroom cozy summer fish camp built in 1940 with updates. Electic controlled fireplace if there is a chill in the air. Property has fishing dock, canoe, row boat and connects to swimming area on Lake Algonquin. Unfortunately, it is NOT pet friendly. WiFi is best on front inside porch; water heater is small with good pressure. Peace, quiet and comfort for a short break, week or longer stay!

4 bedrooms 3 full baths consisting of 4 King bedrooms. 1 Queen pull out Murphy bed. A crib located in the primary bedroom. Located mins away from University of Dayton, Wright state University and less than 30 mins from Wilberforce. Host home of the NCAA First Four Tournament. There are total of 5beds to sleep on based on 2 persons per bed. We also have sofa and you're welcome to use air mattress if you like in the laundry room. No more than 12 persons can stay per night.
