Located 1.5 miles from the turnpike exit for easy travel, 3 miles from Laurel lake, walking distance to a public golf course and downtown Lee where you will find great restaurants. There is Cable internet that is fast and reliable if you have to work.

Our home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, but has enough room to sleep up to 6 guests. There is also a living room, stocked kitchen and a room with a sleep sofa. Built in 1785 this antique Cape was carefully restored to its original design about 20 years ago. The house is set on a quiet road in the middle of fields, woods, gardens, and hiking trails. it is secluded with easy access to the natural world. The rooms are book-lined and filled with family objects. It is close to Berkshire East for skiing and snowboarding in the winter and whitewater rafting and swimming in the summer. Mass MoCA and the Clark Museum are within an easy drive.

Otis is the best town for a visit to the Berkshires. It is close to all the places you would want to visit like Jacob's Pillow, Tanglewood, Norman Rockwell Museum to start with. It is also close to hiking trails, swimming, shopping and great restaurants. This wonderful three plus bedroom home is located on the backside of Otis Ridge Ski Area. Wake up and take a walk on the ridge or just sit outside and have your morning beverage with the woods surrounding you.

Built in the early 1800s, our renovated farm house can accommodate families and friends comfortably. This 1600 square foot home can keep everyone together: three large bedrooms upstairs and an optional fourth downstairs. Large backyard and deck made for outside fun. Two full bathrooms, laundry, large farm table with seating for 10, and a full kitchen. Plenty of options for hiking at or near the house. (Sorry, we are not able to host weddings.)
